2 years ago i lost A LOT of weight (like 50 pounds!!). because i used to be heavier, i still have sum of the flabby fat on my legs… does anyone have ideas of how to lose it or tighten it up?? Thanks for your help! =D

    Some areas on certain people are harder to lose weight. I would get leg weights and do alot of jogging. Or stair climbing which also helps the buttocks. I used a diet and weight loss plan that goes over all areas of fat loss. Its called Fat Loss for Idiots and out of every diet plan I think this one is the best.
