okay, so i have the fat loss 4 idiots thing, and i had it open to the page with how many calories a day i should intake.. but i just got a puppy and when i wasn’t looking, she started chewing on it, and now i only have the first 4 days. can someone help me and tell me the rest of the days? i really dont want to buy it again. thank you sooo much!!
