<p>Now I am trying to lose it and I have an event I will be going to in 2 months and I want to be slimmer. I would like to be at about 107lbs and therefore lose 20lbs.</p>
<p>I am already on a diet, called Beyond Calories by Fat Loss 4 Idiots.<br />
It is a calorie shifting diet, high in protien, low in carbs. No grains at all (cereal, rice, pasta, potatoes), no artifical sugars, etc. I eat 6-7 times a day, low portions.<br />
My diet consists  of select fruits, veggies, and as for protien cheese, skinless chicken, deli slices, navy/garbonzo beans and eggs. </p>
<p>I am also taking a weight loss pill daily, a green tea fat burner.<br />
I take a 30min walk a day. Sometimes 1hr a day.<br />
I also ride a stationary bike on low resistance but high speed (10-14mph) for about 20-40mins a day.<br />
I do need to start doing work outs such as weight lifting.</p>
<p>Does anyone have any other advice? I have looked at acai berry, colon cleanse, grapefruit diet, adding milk.</p>
