GASTRO-INTESTINAL NIGHTMARE!!!

Okay, I’ve heard a lotta good reviews on this thing. I came across that fat loss 4 idiots site and i think i believe it; but i dont wanna pay each month for the diet plan. I’m pretty sure I understand it… You zig-zag the amount of calories you intake each day. So, I really wanna lose weight by april or may! I wanna know if this really works.
